Domestic properties being marketed for sale or rental require an EPC to be commissioned.
Whilst EPCs are valid for 10 years, those produced prior to 2010 have now expired and will be invalid. We recommend that EPCs should be current and give accurate information for purchasers and tenants to make decisions.

It is a scaled plan that consists of an accurate depiction of the location of the property, any land included in the purchase, and the property’s floor plan.
