Services
As well as providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for properties that are being sold or rented we can also offer other services. If you are selling your property we can do floor plans, photos (including drone images) & virtual tours.
If you are renting a property then we can provide an Energy Report showing the current rating of a property, we then create further report allowing you options to improve the rating. After you have made any improvements we can lodge an EPC or, if required, register an exemption.
